Shipping Policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
All products are made to order. Once orders are fulfilled, please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to prepare your order for shipping. U.S. orders should arrive 3-5 business days after items have been shipped. You will receive a shipping notification after your order has shipped (check your spam folder if you do not receive one).
If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we can advise if it will arrive in time.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct during checkout. We will not refund or replace items if they are sent to the wrong address. We are not responsible for loss, damage or delay.
OTHER ISSUES
If you have a problem with your order, please send an email with your order number to hello@typehaus.co.
Customer is responsible for entering in the correct mailing address at checkout. If you made a mistake, please contact us ASAP and if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your shipping otherwise your order will go out as it was entered by you. Packages that are returned to us for an insufficient address will be issued as a store credit to customer minus any shipping costs.
Type Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they will not be refunded or exchanged. Please contact the shipping carrier if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control, and we can only go by what the tracking information says.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately,
provide your order number and we will instruct you on how to move forward in ensuring that you receive the correct product.
